I can not fault the service I have received from this surgery. The appointment system makes it easy for me to see a doctor or nurse before/after work. The staff are all extremely helpful.

I feel I was panicked into going to A & E on the advice of the nurse. I spent 5 hours there only to be told to carry on taking the drops that she had prescribed.

I think the nurse was taking precautions, unfortunately there can be a waiting period when you attend A&E. If you would like to email me at the surgery, I can look into this further for you.

very helpful the booking system so i can have 630 am appointment is terrific as i work and these are normally always available would recommend to anyone
